Will Mk2 Facelift Alloys Fit On Non Facelift Mk2?

Featured Replies

Hi

Anyone know if MK2.5 (facelift) alloys fit on the non facelift MK2 Focus?

Thanks

yes they will, the car is exactly the same mechanically. I have the MK2.5 17" alloys fitted to mine as you can see in the profile pic

Exactly the same hubs so no difference to the bolt spacing.

Just be aware that if you go over 17" rims that fitting rack limiters is a must.

i dont have them fitted and didnt suffer any issues with 19's or 18's fitted to my car!

Cheers guys

Stoney, I have just put 17" Focus alloys on my MK2.5 I should be ok there ?

what's rack limiters? not heard of that before

rack limiters are to stop you turning your wheel too much where it can catch on the wheel arches if the wheels are too big. you will be fine.

yep 17" are fine, just remember that tyre prices are much higher than 16" ones :D

Ain't that the !Removed! truth with 18" alloys. I pay £60 for a single budget wheels?!. Got some junk tire called landsail

Try the tyreleader website next time...good branded tyres cheap!

Also try camskill tyres.

I bought uniroyal rainsport 3s 225/40 /18s .A rated tyre for grip @ £66 delivered.

Nice one Yunii, ive just checked them out for some 235/35/19's and they are cheap!;)

I've used them for yrs & been the cheapest.

Also try Ears.co.uk

Ears online tyres in Macclesfield

01625 433773.

Btw they both do price matching if proved cheaper.
