Rattle When Turning

My 2005 MKII Focus had developed an annoying rattle when turning. The car drives perfectly but when you turn this annoying rattle starts and goes when you straighten up the wheel. I've done something to my shoulder and cant check under bonnet at the moment. Anyone got any ideas or could point me in the right direction?

    Check the rear bush on the front wishbones and while youre there check the ball joint bush too. It would be easier to take it to a garage and act dumb, let them look at it and give you a quote and then you know what parts you need.

    For the dreaded MOT in March I did have to have the suspension arms replaced. I'll take it back to the garage and get them to check. Thanks for your reply
