I have a 2012 Focus Titanium X, purchased in May 2015, with retractable door edge guards.

When I viewed the car, the two of these on the off side were missing, but replaced before I collected the car.

Today the divers door one was on the car this morning but after driving about today, noticed it was missing when I got home.

I have spoken to the Ford Dealer where I purchased the car and I am awaiting a call tomorrow to discuss this.

At this stage I am reluctant to pay as I have only ad the car for 6 weeks and feel that if this keeps happening think that there is a design fault with them.

Has anybody else encountered this, if so what can be done to ensure they don't come off again?
