    I've done this with out of warranty cars in the past - supply your own oil & filter & the garage just charge the labour - some will do it & some won't

    Yes I think my local garage said they would just charge labour if you provide the oil (and filter), but in the end I let them use their oil after checking what brand they use, and I think it was about £70. But from now on I'm just going to have it done at the yearly service.
