I found out that whilst it does reduce insurance a bit, it also bumps it up a bit because its adding to the value of the car an potentially increases break in risk.

Net result is no difference at all. Until some bottom-hole hits you!

edit. apparently the A word is a no no! lol

Bypassing swear filter.

Hopefully it's as simple as that :) a clock not set won't show the right time, so hopefully once you correct it things will behave as expected

it was set but come up saying battery low .

Not sure telling insurance is a good idea...useful if its not your fault, but what if you record proof of you being at fault!

Yeah if the time is set and it loses all battery power including reserve then it will go back to default settings, but they are meant to shut off leaving minimal power to keep the settings maintained. If it's not doing this speak to your retailer

Then when they ask, it seems the memory card was full and didn't save the incident... Lol

Lol, someone cut me up badly on a roundabout last week (saw me already on the roundabout but pulled out anyway!), I should've ignored it but was already having a bad day and blasted the horn at him. He slammed on the brakes an started swearing and gesturing in his mirror...I just pointed to the camera and he shot off.
