hoping you can help with this issue as its doing my head in

I have 1.4d 2006 fiesta

When I try to put the driver side or the passenger side electric window down it says the drivers side door is open. Also when I turn on the electric demister this also says the drivers side door is open. any ideas?

    Loose earth somewhere? Check all earthing points .

    Also. Check the Loom on the door is plugged in properly

    Check for any faulty fuses
