Focus Mk3 Rear Suspension Squeaking

I started getting a squeaking noise coming from the rear of the car. Seemed to start happening after quite a heavy load in the car. It sounded liked it was coming from inside the car whilst driving so I have had people in the back of the car trying to hold down seats ect to stop the squeak but couldn't find where it was coming from.

I now know its suspension related because when the car is parked I can replicate the squeak that I can hear when driving by giving the rear bumper a nudge with my knee anywhere near the rear driver side wheel. If I rock the car slightly with my knee it replicates the squeaking exactly how I hear it when driving. What would be the most likely issue here?
