Hi guys,

Hopefully a simple question for those in the know - if I buy another 5dr Mk2.5 Titanium Focus but with a different engine, how easy is it to swap the factory fit Xenon headlights, the full leather interior and the powerfold mirrors? Will all the wiring be there for these and just a case of bolting stuff in and maybe activating in ELMC'?

Obviously it'd be ideal if I could find one with these items already fitted but they seem to be fairly rare.

    most of it should be fine, the big issue is wiring! if you get a titanium with Halogen for example, and minus the powerfold (some people are strange!) then you would need to modify wiring and looms to accommodate those changes

    Some people are definitely strange... I mean who skimps on the engine with a 1.6 TDCi yet has PF mirrors, Xenons, privacy glass and full leathers fitted....and then no cruise control! I can only imagine it was a demo car originally. Cruise was easy to fit though so I was hoping the other stuff would be, thought all Titaniums would have the same loom? I don't fancy modifying wiring though, are there not plug and play looms to swap over or does that not happen with full CAN wiring?
