2004 Sport Ka Auxiliary Belt

Featured Replies

Hi all

About a year ago the belt was squeaking, The problem was the belt had run half off the pulleys and was rubbing up the side of the engine, so i took the tension off the belt and slipped it back on, 6 months on the same problem came back.

Has anybody had the same problem or anybody have any advice on what could be causing this problem?

Thanks

Nick

perhaps its not the correct belt for your model of engine. where the belt rubbed itt maybe worn on that point. i would phone fords to get the part number and a price inc vat then phone around for other prices on eurocarparts etc
