Ford Fiesta MK6 1.25L Air Induction Help

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am looking to hopefully update my air filter with a cone one on my MK6 Fiesta, I have looked on eBay and K+Ns website and they do sell them, just wondering if anybody is selling a induction kit or knows where to get one cheaper than £97

Thanks

Josh

You could probably just got with a generic induction kit and use an adaptor to fit it onto the intake pipe - some of the generic induction kits come with adaptors to fit onto various pipes. As its a 1.25 it would just be the noise rather than the performance you are after so a drop in filter will probably be easier and cheaper, check out green cotton filters as well rather than a Ken and Norm filter.

Hi There, thanks for that just what I was thinking as cheapest I could find was a Pipercross Air Filter Cone on eBay for £79 with the hole kit. I still want a cone shaped filter rather than a drop in one, could you link me to one that would work?

Thanks

Halfords sell a cone filter, with adapters in grey or red for less than 30 quid, attaches to your existing induction hose and gets rid of the air filter box :) i have 1 fitted to my escort
