Mk7 Fiesta MK7 Automatic boot opening

Featured Replies

Hello All!

I've been searching youtube, google and the forum but am struggling to find a definite answer. How do you make a MK7 Fiesta automatically lift the boot lid? Direction to the best parts to use would be greatly appreciated! I'm guessing it's a simple swap of the rods with ones strong enough to lift?

Bit of an old thread but might point you in the right direction...

I did this mod and 12 months later the struts failed. Not worth the effort.

I don't mind having to replace the struts once a year, I just need to know where I buy them?
