I think the next thing for me is getting the back bumper, front grill, and fog surrounds all sprayed gloss black (that mirror finish)

I think it will look seriously good on the car. 

I'd go gloss black on all the front stuff, but get the ST rear Valance. I've seen the reat Zetec S Valance in gloss black and it doesn't look all that great tbh with you

aye but then that means getting an exhaust too. 

Fly eyed the fronts. Looked terrible compared to the back. Just sticking with the back and getting brows on the front

Not done anything to my car in a while, just been enjoying driving it. I need to get one of those smaller aerials, also need to order my brows for the front. Hopefully get that done soon. Keep putting it off.

hi mate, just from ebay or amazon,  tried to find the order but cant find it!

Ordered some 'Xenon' bulbs the other day, they arrived so will install tonight and get some pics!

I would definatley go for black mats with a red trim... i have a set for my panther black zetec s mk7.5 and they were relitivley cheap and dont look tacky. The full red ones may be a bit loud for my taste specially with the red interior lighting and red paint. I will include a link to the ones i purchased as i would fully reccomend them.

Have you considered a set of lockwood door sills with the S logo on. They really look the part and make the interior look nicer!!!

You also mentioned the possiblilty of mud flaps above... with the zetec s if you get under the wheel and have a look at the wheelarch there isnt anything really solid to mount the flaps to. I purchased a set of ripspeed mudflaps from halfords for £15 and had to take them back as they werent going to fit (due to lack of flat mounting points). I was also worried that if i caught a flap on anything, as the rear arch and bumper isnt the most solid mounting point, that something would tear away from the car... Long time since I updated this thread! Did a little bit of pinstripe last night, subtle but very nice touch.  

Looks good! I gave up with the pinstripe on the diffuser as it kept falling off, maybe it will stay on longer with the warmer weather.

Nevertheless, I'm thinking of switching to the ST rear just for a more sporty look.

Yeah the pinstripe came off after about 2 hours on the rear. Just took it off, wish it stayed on looks really good.

Looks good on the deflectors, makes them stand out a bit more
