Hey brand new to this forum, been looking around for a while and I thought i'd sign up.

I've got a 2000 Fiesta ghia (my first car ever) I can't seem to get the top dash bulbs working. All the other bulbs from behind the dash/speedo work fine, it's just the two bulbs that shine light from the top that light up the cluster so you can see it at night. I've bought many replacement bulbs and none of them seem to work - even the ones from Ford themselves - just nothing. I did smell smoke after trying one particular bulb so I'm guessing I could have burnt something out??

 

Any help would be appreciated - it's driving me mad lol
