Asian/ Austrailian and European Grills

So looking through some posts I came across the Asian style grill for the mk7 fiesta, searched it up on eBay and it is going for around £50. I also noticed a very similar looking photo but with "Austrailian Grill" in the title of the post. And upon further browsing, I saw one titled "European Style Grill" which also looks very similar but was going for £30, from a dealer with 99% positive feedback. Do the grills actually look different or have different fittings? (Because solely from the pictures on the posts, I can't tell the difference)
