fuel lines from fuel filter to fuel pump for fiesta

Hi was looking to replace one fuel line on my fiesta ''the one from filter to pump'' is there any other models i can use the fuel lines from.

my car is a mk6 2002 1.4 tdci zetec.

i was at the scrappies and someone told me i could use mondeo fuel lines as they are the same petrol or diesel would work just make sure to clean them out first.

though i would ask here just to be sure.
