Just got 2nd hand sportex rear box  for my mk6 from ebay for £40, in very good condition. So haven't had the enjoyment of fitting it yet. Just wondering if anyone else has fitted one, also how much does it clear the rear bumper?

Depends which one you purchased? I got this one a couple days ago http://www.sportexdirect.co.uk/fiesta-mk6-2002-2008/sportex-ford-fiesta-exhaust-back-box-2002-2008-s4-1545-85-797.php it fit just fine. I have gotten a picture quick of someone elses car who uses a sportex. Here is the clearance on that one.

Its not a great deal but looks better on an ST hence why im going for the ST front and rear bumpers :D

Thanks Ryan1995, yeah seen a couple of sportex exhaust on YouTube & they look close to the bumper.  Just don't want to cut the bumper because seen a few fiestas which have done that, & it looks ugly. Just might be best to invest in an S/ST rear bumper.  

Im glad I could help. I love the ST bumpers and spoiler for that matter just god damn expensive. Cheapest I found so far is £300 for front bumper and £200 for the rear :/

 

Yeah to expensive, seen some on eBay but scratched or cracked, bits missing. Just got to  keep looking 

I would happily by a cracked or scratched one for cheaper price. Got the stuff to fix it right here. Got any links at all?

Ryan1995, it was on ebay under the search "Ford fiesta mk6 st breaking" It was white. That was about 3weeks ago, so if on there still I don't know. 

cheers mate i do have a question which might leave MK6 owners puzzled. I work on a large retail park and see MK6's all the time so went for a walk around the car park to see if any were tuned or owners club. (Yes lunch gets boring fast after a Burger King XD) anyway I noticed on nearly every single Zetec (not ST) they were factory ST bumper at the front. Now I asked a guy who owned one of these and he said his came stock that way but had no idea why. His was 2003 model like mine but mine has a finesse front bumper so I can tell from googling a few versions of the MK6. Can someone tell me if possibly they changed the manufacturing of these cars, maybe is the Zetec 6.5 Facelift. I am so confused XD

Zetec is pretty much at the bottom of the pile in terms of spec, although not as low as the finesse.

Hence the finnesse has unpainted lower bumpers to cut costs. The zetec has a slightly higher price point hence it has a painted bumper

Although by Zetec (not ST), do you mean the Zetec S? Which is completely different in terms of spec/trim

I have just noticed that the St front bumper has two rectangular shape vent holes just top either side of the number plate. Whilst eyeing one up when walking the dog earlier.
