Hi Guys,

so a bit of a strange one happened last night...all of a sudden my phone address book is finally showing up in "phonebook" in my 2011 Ford Fiesta, and the starting list of names is right in the "first name, Last Name" however, the rest of them further down the list is in "Last Name, First Name"...I have tried debonding and then re-pairing it but still get the same issue.....how can i get it so it's all "First Name, Last Name"
