    i think its behind the front bumper high up near the o/s headlamp . could be tricky to get to, may have to partialy remove/loosen bumper to gain access.

    from memory its just below the nearside head light. ramp the car up to gain access if your unlucky then pop the front bumper off.

    i think its a single 10mm nut that holds it on. get under and have a look

    also, have you diagnosed the horn faulty? could be fuse, relay , horn contacts , wiring, earth.
