Assuming you mean which brand, it's down to personal preference. I bought Brembo disks & pads (with ultraviolet coating) from Eurocarprts for just under £100 (that's with 25% off) others prefer Pagid parts. As for e-bay, too many rip offs and fakes for me personally to take a chance on brake components as its 4 small bits of material that save your life every time you push the pedal !

Be very careful with what you buy off eBay if safety is involved.   A mate of mine bought brake disks off eBay and they nearly threw him across the M1 when he had to brake sharply and they warped.   It turned out they were made of sintered metal.

So it came to £140 all around brake discs and pads Pagid, should I order then are they good ?

Genuine ford would not be that be that much more expensive than pagid, approx £100 per axle inc vat and delivery online.  They also give off a lot less dust (from previous experience of pagid on my last car). Biggest thing is making sure the brake fluid is bled every couple of years and your brakes are well serviced. As has been pointed out above its four pieces of material/metal that save your life.

And try to ensure your getting nice even pad and disc wear continuously, just keep an eye on them.

With nice sensible predictive driving you'll find you hardly use the brakes.

True, but kind of defeats the purpose of having an ST

Is dolphin good discs c

Dolphin!?  I imagine they'd be a bit slippery...

I wouldn't consider using anything but Ford original equipment for brakes.

It's very unlikely that the Ford parts will be any better than the equal produced by a well known established brake manufacturer.. actually we don't know who makes the Ford parts, so they could be better quality. I would just buy parts from a decent brake manufacturer (Brembo, Pagid, EBC etc) and you shouldn't have problems.

I think I am gonna go for Pagid there is discount on eurocarparts so it only comes to £143 all around with pads as wel

they may do 2 size brake discs check what size yours are on the car. as your ordering from euro car parts they have just started a 25% off code today but don`t bother with that, use this code instead vip30 (you`ll get 30% off ok )

Discs are 280mm on all the ST150s if thats what you're after.
