Fiesta Zetec S Ecoboost mod help please?

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I've recently picked up a 65 plate Fiesta Zetec S Ecoboost in deep impact blue and am wondering if you could give me any advice on the following modifications..

Wind deflectors - are Climair the best?

Springs - what are the best and most reasonably priced ones, looking to drop 25-30mm

Lights - any suggestions on xenons or hid's etc?

Spacers - would you suggest them for once the car is lowered and do you recommend any, if so what size

Thanks in advance!

I have climair, they're fine, no idea if they're the best.

Ahh, lowered suspension, spacers, you're a boy racer AICMFP

Climair of team heko are both good

Wouldn't these void the warranty? Spacers aren't needed for lowering - just make sure you get the right offset wheels. Look at getting some Osram nightbreakers as upgraded bulbs rather than HIDs.

A quick search pulls up lots of info. You should try it!

Team heko wind deflectors off eBay are perfect I've just got some off J&J automotive.

Im looking at Eibach pro kit coil over springs should lower up to 30mm. Available from Collins performance or Auto specialist.

Climair tend to get better reviews than the Team Hekos's.

I've currently got the Eibach Pro Springs which're 30mm drop, I'm selling them if you're interested :)

Go to Car Enhancements UK for all your lights!

Spacers - if you want that wider stance then they're brilliant, but you don't really need them if you're not worried about that.

Don't forget to tell your insurers about the mods.

I'd look at getting coilovers rather than lowering springs, you can adjust the ride height to how you want it then!
