Removing MyKey

Featured Replies

Hi I just bought a Fiesta ST a couple of weeks ago and got bored in traffic one day and played with the My Key setting, now my car is perminantly on the 80mph limit etc. Ive read everywhere about turning the setting off but I only have that one key? Is there another way of turning MyKey off with only one key?

Thanks

Noah

With only one key you shouldn't have been able to set a mykey preference.

May be wrong of course.

I think a visit to your local dealers is in order.

think you can set my key, then once you reinsert key it restricts the settings, so think only way to clear that key will be to have another key as admin.

read your manual , it explains operation on page 33.

Thanks for the help, page 33 doesnt say anything about not having a spare key, guessing I have to get another key :wallbash:

Thanks anyway guys.

Do we take it that 80mph isn't fast enough for you?
