Hi, when I bought my car I didn't receive a spare key, how much is it to get a new one thats programmed from Ford? The place I bought my car from say theyd only pay for "up to" 50% of it, and also wouldnt pay for a dodgy paint repair on my rear bumper, pretty annoyed about it.

The car is a fiesta ST2 with keyless start if that helps.
