Is it possible to control the radio using the Sync voice commands?

I can control my phone ok so it must be understanding my voice, but when I try to use it to change stations or tune in the radio to a specific frequency it just switches to a random radio station on the display and hangs up with no sound from radio. I have to switch it on and off again to get voice commands to work for anything after that.

The owners manual has examples of commands you can use to control the radio but none of them seem to work. Do they only apply to certain versions ?

I've got a 2016 Fiesta ST-Line 140 brand new last week. Sync says version 5.10.
