    good move, the edge does seem to have quite a few issues that ford are struggling to remedy.

    It's not just the car I had bad experiences of.

    Ive had no contact from the Ford dealership in the 2 weeks since returning my Edge regarding a replacement car (NOT an Edge)

    Crap car, crap customer service!

    Saying "crap car" is a bit of a blanket statement. It seems you personally had a bad example. Mine and many others have zero issues. 

    They should be handling it better though. 

    Hopefully u have better luck with your next car. Have you made any complaints higher up the Ford chain?
