Dog guard removal

Featured Replies

Hi, I have an estate with the factory fitted dog guard, however I cannot figure out how to remove to use the entire load space.

I have managed to get the top part partially disconnected bit no idea how to do the bottom rail.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Chris

I am having the same problem, I haven't tried it yet but I think you have to undo the four bolts at the bottom of guard (floor level) they look like a 6mm allen key bolts, then undo the two bolts at the bottom of the mesh, then  fold the whole thing forward after folding seats down. the two prongs at the top are spring loaded these have to be slid inwards to remove the top half.

I haven't tried this yet  but from looking at how it's made it should work. good luck!
