The Dreaded Nearside Wind Deflector

Featured Replies

So, I've bought & fitted some Heko wind deflectors today, but no matter what I try, the passenger side window just rolls back down again everytime I try to close it. I've tried bending the deflector out a bit, but it makes no difference. Anyone got a solution please?..I've tried it with & without the metal clips with the same result.  The drivers side is fine.

Chris.

Hi Luke

Sorry, I must have overlooked that.  I managed to close the window practically to the top & left it for a couple of hours. Just been out to check it & it's working fine now. Must've just needed to bed in.

Chris.

all it is the pinch mechanism gets triggered to go back down, just carefully bring the window up to close not using one touch feature and then release and hold up for 5-10 seconds so the window re learns the position.
