Bluetooth does not show caller name...

first post here,  I have a 2013 titanium X estate. 

On the factory sony dab i have a Bluetooth issue...

I have synced my Samsung a17 perfectly,  the address book is also synced, contacts are saved to my gmail account. 

when I receive a call the name is not displayed,  especially if the number is saved with the prefix +44...i have to manual replace th e +44 with 07 to enable the number to come up, this also changes the icon from a telephone symbol to a mobile symbol....

any ideas on this?
