2009 Mondeo heater problem

Hi there I have a 2009 mk4 Mondeo with the sat nav and digital heating controls with out the little screen and the heater is no longer working the buttons are lit but when pressed do nothing if checked my fuses and they all seem fine. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
