main beam sticking on

Hi can anyone please tell me why my mainbeam  keeps sticking on, they are built in LED for the mainbeam and they keep sticking on on one light only, they are aftermarket projector headlights with normal 55w halegon bulbs for the dip beam.

Any help greatly appreciate.
