Misfire/juddering

Featured Replies

When i try and accelerate quickly my car will judder and gain no speed at all. The eml flashes a few times then everything goes back to normal. I checked codes and it was bringing up a random cylinder misfire. From this i believed the ignition coil would need to be changed but this has not affected it at all.

any ideas of next step i should take to resolve the issue?

What brand coil did you use?

Have you checked your spark plug wells for water ingress?

Plugs replaced in the recent past? Have you checked the condition of them all? HT leads intact and in good condition - no degrading rubber?
