Unknown Pipe...

Featured Replies

Is anyone able to ID a pipe.. I think it's a coolant pipe, but I'm not sure...

We've been having problems with the coolant and I've just changed the expansion tank.

While doing so, I noticed a random pipe that isn't connected to anything and I don't think its meant to be where it is...

Any thoughts greatly appreciated, Its a Focus 06.

Isn't the power steering fluid reservoir down there?  Could it be to do with that?  Or an Air con hose?  I'm not really sure but just a thought!

I have checked it against the power steering reservoir to pump pipe I removed recently and it does not match.

ScaniaPBman.

It's not air con either.

Looks like the oil breather under the inlet manifold on the Zetec engine but you'd know if that was missing.

Has it been to the garage for any work recently?
