I was fitting a clutch kit to my Mondeo Mk4 and was sent the incorrect part that arrived damaged (deep scoring on the thrust plate) and unusable I stepped through the returns process and after a lengthy wait I was told that as the part looked like it had been fitted, irrespective of the damage, I would not get a refund and that was that. So I could either pay to ship the part that is damaged, and doesn’t fit my car, back to me or have them dispose of it. I assume they will just send it out to so
