Heater Hose Failure

Has anyone had any problems with the heater hose bursting. This happend to me yesterday . lost all water had to get the car transported from Kent to NE England. THe bend on the hose seems to tight?



Has anyone had any problems with the heater hose bursting. This happend to me yesterday . lost all water had to get the car transported from Kent to NE England. THe bend on the hose seems to tight?

without knowing the age and mileage of the car it could have burst due to the pressure cap on the coolant resevoir not releasing the pressure ie faulty pressuyre cap the build up will eventually burst the hose never heard of it being an issue may be worth getting it checked out incase something caused it to burst

ide have the car checked over the cooling system may be suspect either the hose was already faulty or summat caused it to burst pressure caps are cheap so worth changing anyway but never heard of it failing on such a low mileage car
