Front subframe rust fix

Hi everyone, I did post this in a separate thread but now I’ve had it looked at I need advice.

Had my car on a ramp today as a garage had advised my front subframe was corroded following a clutch replacement. This is what it looks like in the photos below, two small holes circled

Been told that after rubbing surface down, could spray black under seal as a stop gap fix? Is this worth it, or could it be welded, or do I need a whole new front subframe?

Also the rear is pretty crusty too but just surface
