I've never seen these on a focus bfore so I'm confused those lights are for the 2001 facel;ift model from april 2001 onwards youres are 1998- march 2001 same as mine you have a mk1 the lights youre quering are for a mk1.5 you have a 51 plate but the build date of the car will be march 2001 or before Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

artscot79 Posted March 11, 2010 Share Posted March 11, 2010 the mk1 finished production in october 2001 then the mk1.5 took over till 2004 so youres was built in september 2001 making it the last run of mk1s but due to the date its a 51 plate the mk1.5 had the bumper indicators removed and were part of the headlights whicjh is why they are different personally the mk1 was the better looking car not being biased but the 1.5 had bump strips all over the bumpers instead of just completely color coded the grill etc were different as well amoung other things the engines mechanicals suspension etc etc are all the same just makes a difference whn ordering lights and bulbs etc that youmake sure you choose mk1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I put silver indicators on the front and on the side repeaters and it improved the look brilliantly, really tidied it up! Just make sure you put Silvatec bulbs in!
