Ford rds 6000 radio

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have just upgraded my radio to rds 6000 (i have a very old car); I want to know if I can play rewritable discs on the CD player. I have tried 2 already which didn't work, but I know some makes play and some don't so I'm hoping!

I know the unit is quite old they normally don't like anything but originals.

Now with being able to download from itunes I was hoping to burn a disc to play in the car.

Hello and welcome to the club

I would say you can as long as the discs are finished properly when made but i know some older stereos just dont like copied cd's
