No Skip track on CD?? HELP!!

Hey Guys,

I have a ford fiesta mk6 03 registration. When i use my Cd player (4500 rds e-o-n compact digital audio system, which i think is just standard) I only seem to be able to fast forward and not skip track. Should i have a skip track feature i thought all cars nowadays did?

    I would imagine it has. Do you have any pics of the unit.. i cannot remember what these ones look like

    some units do not work on this feature if you use written cds from a pc
