Retrofit Front split view camera on a mk3 focus?

Featured Replies

I have recently purchased a 2014 titanium navigator focus mk3. Very happy with the car but I have issues pulling out of my driveway at home due to vans parking either side of the driveway overnight and I can’t see to pull out. It wasn’t quite so bad with my previous car (SUV style with a shorter bonnet) but the focus sticks out a long way before I can see anything.

I saw that Ford started offering Front split view cameras on some 2015 models to help with pulling out of blind junctions and driveways and wondered if anyone had retrofitted one to a mk3 and how much hassle was involved. Or if there’s anywhere I can pay to get it done. It’s activated by a button on the dash and has a built in washer.

Any other ideas for cameras I can fit to solve the issue would be really helpful.  Thank you
