I have a 57 plate 1.6 tdci my key locks the car first push of the button from a good distance away and the boot unlock is the same. But when you try to unlock the car you need to standing right next to the car and push the buttons several times from different position until it does unlock any idears would be very welcome

    First change the battery in the fob, and while it's open, make sure the unlock contacts are not dirty or damaged.
