Limp mode - small hose failed

2007 1.8 tdci.

Car went into limp mode today and I think I could hear some low hissing. After engine off for a bit it went back out of engine system failure, but when I popped the bonnet I noticed the pictured small hose has failed. Looks like it goes into the EGR?

Would appreciate confirmation if that’s what’s gone, and whether it’s an easy part to source and swap myself?
