Reverse cam!

Featured Replies

Hi all, as my other posts says. I’ve took the plunge and brought a android headunit from xtrons. It’s comes with a reverse cam.

Where would the best place to fit this be? I’ve watched a few videos on people installing them on their cars, but on all the videos I’ve seen they’ve wired them through the reverse light (common sense really) then put the camera above the number place. The issue I have here is the reverse light is in the ***** bumper!

Anyone else got a reverse cam on their mk2? Where did you put it? And how did YOU wire it in?

Thanks all!

The reverse light wires run inside the car and you can tap in them on the right hand side of the boot, which is what I did.

Did you fit your camera above the number plate on the boot handle?

Yeah , mine was designed to replace the light lens.
