Either I've only just noticed, or these are new

 

uploaded a pic of my computer screen thing, Bottom left and bottom right corners there are lines, does that mean something ?

im sure they have only just appeared, ive certainly not noticed them before

That's weird, usually LCD displays lose pixels rather than gain them.  I don't think they mean anything other than the display is getting on a bit.

Wouldn't it be the page you're on? So would indicate you have another screen you can move to.

Me neither.

I checked my display this afternoon but there was a 'clean' screen, no sign of your 2 little marks.

Incidentally my mileage is almost the same as yours, 63266 miles.

I looked at another with 126,000 miles and it had no marks either.

The screen is broken as I said above, it's not a feature lol!

 

 

stuck pixels 

it could simple be a poor connection to the LED display, sometimes the solder can oxidise if it gets a little damp and sometimes it can even damage the traces causes a leak between traces which can make pixels turn on or off (stuck or dead) but if I were you id leave alone unless it progressively gets worse. if  you fiddle with it without the means to fix it, you could make it a lot worse.
