Had an Autodab digital radio adaptor fitted by Ford and it has stopped working, the LED screen just says retrying, anyone got any idea of how to sort it please?

It kept losing pre set channels before this happened and I asked Ford to remove it and give me a refund, they said I couls keep it in and still have a refund so it doesnt owe me anything but would be nice to try to get it working again.
