Literally happened this weekend when driving, it was skipping between radio and phone (I don't have BT) and now it's just stuck on phone as if I've pressed the button and it won't do anything.

Any suggestions or is the radio goosed? I've not disconnected the radio yet to rule out a connection but I've only unplugged it once to replace the fascia but that was over a week ago and it's been fine until now.

    Found that this can be a common issue so looks like the radio could be shot. Just another thing to add to the list of issues this car has had!

    I had the same issue in my old Fiesta, the CD6000? just muted the radio into 'Phone' every so often.  I ended up having a new headunit on warranty
