Hi everyone,

my 2010 fiesta has done nearly 95k miles. Never had an belt change. I’ve been quoted 200 for parts and labour, including water pump. Is this decent? I am clueless really. Also does anyone know a way an absolute novice like me can sort the 12v plug so it turns off with the ignition?

Cheers for any help.

If that's £200 inc VAT and warranty I'd say that's a good price.

There isn't an easy way to ignition switch the 12v socket.

If I leave the USB plugged in whilst the car is off, will it drain my battery or does it shut off after a certain amount of time??
