mk3 focus 182 turbo oil leak

so for a week or so ive had a leak on my car.   it looked like is was coming from the oil return pipe gasket.   ive changed this and i still jave the leak.

 

so today i put the car up on the ramps and ran the car and kept dabbing the area with a rag to narrow it down.   

if the image shows up its the clamp right next to the oil return pipe.

 

question is... has this got a gasket or o ring type seal inside it.  or can i just buy a new clamp.

 

ive had a look on google but cant see or buy the clamp anywere.  

 

any help would be great
