Slow in picking up speed

Today whilst driving my car stalled and since then has been slow in picking up speed.

 

Focus 07 1.8 tdci

Oil level is ok

Coolant is ok

Goes in to all gears

Revs fine whilst stationary. Can hear slight whine from turbo.

Driving in 1st gear is fine plenty of power but after going second  lacks loads of power gradually picks up really slowly. But nothing like it used to.

On hills it seems to give up totally.

After pushing pedal down soetimes ist gets a small ooomph but that don't last long.

 

Any Help will be  greatly appreciated
