Heated seats but no control panel

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Made a short trip last night for just one hour, the seats seemed to heat up both mine driver and my wife's side front passenger.

With no control panel on Sync 3 or any relevant switches/buttons.

I looked under the seat this morning, there are wires, with a thin metal square bar, but i do not have electric seats they are manual?

I am a little confused, please help with any knowledge on the 2013-2015 builds

Kind regards

Ed

The wiring under the seats is for the side airbags and the belt pretensioners.

Are you sure the seats aren't just absorbing your body heat?

🙂 Thank you for your time to reply, I think you are correct, we just are not used to the material in the seats I believe, now we have gotten used to them, no more issue, and could of been the dual climate, possibly the back was warmer, and I never realized 🤭🤭

Thanks
