me and my Ford Focus MK2 55 reg 1.6 Titanium Salon TDCI had a little accident the other month.

Took her to the mechanic and he managed to fix her up to driving standards but the slam panel is busted, like man this thing was fu**ed.

My new slam panel has arrived and just wondering if anyone knew how to replaced one ?

    If it's what I think it is then I suspect you'll have to take the front end of the car off (bumper, grill, maybe radiator/radiator fan).  If the part is what I think it is then it's a key part of the crash structure and hasn't been designed to be quick to swap out.
