Hi all,

I'm handing my MK8 Fiesta back in to the dealership and would quite like to keep the black box, for installing on my new vehicle. 

An engineer fitted the box somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I thought it would be piggybacking off of the passenger fuse board somewhere, but I couldn't see it! 

Does anyone know where I might be able to find it?

    When I had a black box it was stuck right at the top behind the glovebox behind another big silver pipe, it was cable tied on there and stuck on there, if it isn't there then it can sometimes be in the engine bay on the battery or fuse box and possibly behind the dashboard.

    I am with Tesco and they install on top of the battery!

    Hastings smart miles. They had to call an engineer out of to fit this one and he mentioned something about "behind the glove box" and "passenger fuse board" but no signs of it there!

    Looks like Hastings also install on top of the battery but if they had to get an engineer out I am not sure.
